Timo Recker

Timo Recker is an experienced entrepreneur in the food industry. In 2021, they became the Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of TiNDLE Foods, where they work to create chicken made from plants that tastes as good as, or better than, chicken from birds. In 2020, they became Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Next Gen Foods, and Co-Founder and Member of the Founders Board of LIVEKINDLY Collective. Timo also founded LikeMeat in 2013, where they serve as Founder and CEO. Their mission is to create plant-based alternatives that make the global food system sustainable. Their products are available throughout Europe and the US.

Timo Recker attended European Business School, Tecnológico de Monterrey, Universidad Argentina de la Empresa, UADE, and Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments between 2008 and 2011. In addition, they obtained a Fachoberchule Wirtschaft certification from Fachoberchule Wirtschaft in April 2008 and an Apprenticeship HAGOLA Gastronomie-Technik certification from HAGOLA Gastronomie-Technik GmbH & Co. KG in 2008.
