Laura Z.

Laura Z. has over 12 years of work experience in the design and digital marketing industry. Laura started their career in 2008 as a Brand Channel Manager at avVenta Worldwide, where they were responsible for overseeing the production of web projects for multiple agency brands. In 2009, they moved to BoszDigital as a Delivery Manager, leading, planning, and shaping project execution, resource management, and budgeting. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as an Agency Manager at Grupo Irex, supervising an in-house agency and negotiating investment opportunities with media partners. In 2011, they joined Dialecto Creativo as a Digital Designer, developing and designing complex print and digital design projects. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Western Union as a Digital Designer, creating and manipulating materials for worldwide digital campaigns. In 2017, they joined the University of Miami as a Senior Digital Designer, iterating quickly on new and existing product features. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at GottaLoveUX as a Product Designer, developing graphic and digital solutions for major brands. In 2020, they joined Namutek Fintech as a Product Designer, taking full ownership of design processes for Fintech payment products. Laura is currently working at Next Glass as a Senior Product Designer - Brewery Solutions since 2021.
