Chris Benton has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Chris started their career as a Senior Sales Representative at JD Real Estate Group, where they excelled in cold calling and achieved the top sales position. Chris then became the President and CEO of Universal Sales Systems, a company specializing in training and developing mortgage loan officers and real estate agents.

Later, Chris joined MoneyTree Training Group as the Vice President of Sales, managing two sales teams and overseeing a 10-person call center. Chris was responsible for inviting mortgage loan officers to training seminars and maintaining high attendance rates.

Chris then served as the Director of Association Marketing at Payment Processing Consultants, Inc. before joining General Security as an Outside Sales Representative. Chris sold residential and commercial security systems, consistently ranking as the top sales representative throughout their tenure.

Following that, Chris worked at North Coast Claims as a Property Claims Adjuster and a Business Development Manager. Chris conducted on-site inspections for property claims and successfully added 15 new carrier partners, significantly boosting company revenue.

Chris then joined Paychex Insurance Agency, where they held several roles, including Mid-Market P&C Sales Agent, Commercial Lines Account Representative, Commercial Lines Account Manager, and Senior Service Partner. In these positions, they managed accounts, served as the main point of contact for customers' insurance needs, and handled enrollments, renewals, and policy management.

Chris'smost recent experience includes working as a Client Relationship Associate at Walsh Duffield Companies, Inc. and currently as a Retention Account Manager at Next Insurance.

Throughout their career, Chris has demonstrated strong sales and relationship management skills, consistently achieving top performance and delivering excellent customer service.

Chris Benton pursued their education from 1996 to 2000 at Nazareth University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing. In addition to their academic degree, Chris obtained certifications as an Insurance Agent, with a focus on Property & Casualty, from the State of New York in January 2022. Chris also obtained a certification as an Insurance Broker, specializing in Property & Casualty, from the State of New York in January 2022.
