Dikla Binder-Zur

Dikla Binder-Zur has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Dikla currently holds the position of Director of Engineering at Next Insurance since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Intuit from 2014 to 2020, where they held various roles including Director Of Engineering, Intuit Platform, Senior R&D Group Manager, Financial Data Service, and Senior Development Manager, Consumer Ecosystem Group. In these roles, they were responsible for setting up new groups, recruiting engineers, and implementing innovative capabilities using cloud technologies.

Before joining Intuit, they worked at Check Inc. (Acquired by Intuit) from 2007 to 2014, where they were the R&D Director of Financial Data Aggregation and Data Aggregation Software Development Team leader. During this time, they led teams of engineers in developing and maintaining financial content acquisition and aggregation using web integration technologies and APIs.

Dikla also has work experience at HP Software (Mercury Interactive) as a Technical Release Engineer from 2006 to 2007 and as a Software Testing Manager/UCMDB Group from 2004 to 2006. Dikla started their career at Appilog Inc. (Acquired by Mercury Interactive) as a Quality Software Engineering Lead from 2001 to 2004.

Prior to that, they worked at uTOK Inc. as a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer from 1999 to 2001, and at ClickSoftware as a Quality Assurance Test Engineer from 1997 to 1999.

Dikla Binder-Zur completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Information Systems from The College of Management Academic Studies, from 1995 to 1998. Dikla then pursued further education by obtaining an MBA in Information Systems from The College of Management Academic Studies, Business School, between 2001 and 2003.
