Pedro Fernandes

Pedro Fernandes began their work experience in 2018 as a Trainee in Economic Management at Groupe PSA. Pedro then transitioned to Nextail Labs, where they held various roles. Pedro started as an Operations Intern in June 2018 and later became an Operations Associate in December 2018. In September 2020, Pedro took on the role of Business Planning & Analysis Associate at Nextail Labs, where they maintained and improved the corporate dashboard and performed business analysis. In September 2021, Pedro was promoted to Business Planning & Analysis Manager, leading the function and empowering strategic decisions through business insights.

Pedro Fernandes began their education journey in 2013 at the Universidade de Coimbra, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management. Pedro completed this degree in 2016.

Following their undergraduate studies, from 2016 to 2018, Pedro enrolled in a Master's in Economics program with an English track at both the Universidade do Porto and Luiss Guido Carli University. This program allowed him to deepen their knowledge in the field of Economics.

In addition to their formal education, Pedro Fernandes also obtained several certifications. Notably, in February 2020, they earned the "KPI's en Retail" certification from LUXE TALENT. In May 2020, they completed the "Corporate Sustainability. Understanding and Seizing the Strategic Opportunity" certification from Università Bocconi.

Continuing their professional development, Pedro pursued the "Project Management Principles and Practices Specialization" certification from UC Irvine in December 2020. Pedro further enhanced their skills with certifications such as "Secrets to VC & Fundraising" from SaaStr in July 2021, "ThePowerMBA" from ThePower Business School in September 2022, "Coaching Skills for Managers" from the University of California, Davis in April 2023, and "Corporate Finance" from Columbia Business School in May 2023.
