Aaron Bly

Aaron Bly has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Aaron started working at Nu Skin Enterprises in 2000 as part of the Global Technical Operations team, where they developed and maintained a monitoring web interface and implemented and maintained HP OpenView software. Aaron also created Service Level Agreement performance between Information Technology and Business. In 2007, they joined BEA Idaho National Laboratory as a Senior Software Engineer, where they designed and developed business applications, including software design and implementation for Oracle Applications and Reports, and the design and implementation of Java and .Net applications. At BEA Idaho National Laboratory, they also worked as a Software Engineer and Nuclear Engineer, developing prototypes used in research for the Human Factors organization and managing the HRA data collection website for nuclear power plant crew performance research. Most recently, they joined NextAxiom in 2017 as a Senior Developer/Consultant.

Aaron Bly obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic and Information Technology from Brigham Young University in the years 1999-2003. Aaron later pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Idaho, completing the program in the years 2011-2014. In addition to their degrees, Aaron also obtained a certification in Nuclear Criticality Safety from the University of Idaho in May 2014.
