Patricia García began their work experience in 2011 as a Junior Selection Technician at Zemsania, where they were responsible for recruitment and selection of IT profiles. Patricia then worked at AO&Iberia as an IT Selection Technician, focusing on recruiting IT professionals. In 2014, they joined MI-GSO | PCUBED as a Talent Acquisition Partner, managing the full recruitment process and organizing networking events. In 2017, Patricia attended EAE Business School and completed a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, specializing in the Development of Human Resources. Additionally, in April 2020, they obtained a certification on "Cómo terminar la relación laboral con un empleado" from LinkedIn.
