Patricia García

International Recruitment Specialist at Nexthink

Patricia García began their work experience in 2011 as a Junior Selection Technician at Zemsania, where they were responsible for recruitment and selection of IT profiles. Patricia then worked at AO&Iberia as an IT Selection Technician, focusing on recruiting IT professionals. In 2014, they joined MI-GSO | PCUBED as a Talent Acquisition Partner, managing the full recruitment process and organizing networking events. In 2018, Patricia became a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Ryanair, specializing in talent acquisition. Currently, they are an International Recruitment Specialist at Nexthink, where they have been involved in full-cycle recruiting and strategic sourcing.

Patricia García obtained their Bachelor's degree in Tourism from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid between 2004 and 2007. Patricia then pursued a Diploma in Labor Relations from Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 2008 to 2011. In 2017, Patricia attended EAE Business School and completed a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, specializing in the Development of Human Resources.
