Karen Rego

Karen Rego is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and support within the medical devices and biotechnology industries. As the Director of Customer Service at NextPhase Medical Devices since December 2022, Karen leads customer relations initiatives. Previously, Karen held the position of Director of Customer Support at Immunovia, Inc. from January 2018 to December 2022. Karen's career began at Oxford Immunotec, where multiple roles included Medical Information Analyst - Medical Affairs, Payer Relations Manager, Sales and Contract Administrator, and Customer Service Manager from June 2012 to December 2017. Karen holds a Master’s Degree in Inorganic Chemistry from Brown University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Wheaton College Massachusetts.
