Kaitlyn Lugo

Kaitlyn Lugo has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kaitlyn started their career at Northeast Behavioral Associates as a Treatment Coordinator from March 2011 to March 2013. Kaitlyn then worked as an Office Manager at Comprehensive Community Action Program from November 2016 to June 2017. After that, they joined Ocean State Behavioral as a Treatment Coordinator until March 2020. In May 2020, they began their journey at CareerStaff Unlimited, starting as a Healthcare Recruiter responsible for sourcing and hiring employees. Kaitlyn later became an Operations Coordinator, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, managing payroll, and maintaining employee records. From April 2022 to August 2023, Kaitlyn served as the Northeast Operations Manager at CareerStaff Unlimited. Currently, they are working as the Onboarding Team Lead at nextSource, starting in August 2023.

Kaitlyn Lugo earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Rhode Island College from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they received a High School Diploma from Metropolitan Regional Career and Technical Center from 2002 to 2006.
