Ron Levan

Ron LeVan has a strong background in workforce management and talent acquisition. Ron currently serves as Vice President, Client & Service Excellence at nextSource, where they focus on connecting businesses to top talent through innovative workforce solutions. Prior to this role, Ron held positions as Senior Director and Vice President at nextSource.

Before joining nextSource, Ron worked at Workforce Logiq as Senior Vice President, Enterprise Solutions, where they led the development of workforce strategies for various clients. Ron also served as Vice President of Solution Design, contributing to the design and implementation of effective solutions.

Earlier in their career, Ron was the Managing Director of Managed Services at Solomon Page Group, where they oversaw the delivery of managed services to clients. Prior to that, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Advantage Human Resourcing for over 17 years, responsible for managing daily operations.

Ron began their career at Digital Equipment Corporation, where they gained experience in channel sales training.

Ron LeVan obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree from Ithaca College in the years 1982-1986. Ron also holds certifications in Customer Engagement Skills and is a SAP Certified Customer Engagement Executive, both obtained from SAP in the year 2023. In addition, they obtained a certification in Conceptual Selling from Miller Heiman Group in 1998.
