Jessica García has a diverse background in human resources, with experience in various roles and industries. Jessica started their career as an HR Coordinator at El Economista, where they were responsible for talent acquisition, personnel administration, and payroll. Jessica then moved on to Manpower as a Country Manager, overseeing strategy design, negotiation, talent acquisition, and personnel administration for major accounts. Jessica later joined Citibanamex as an HR Talent Acquisition specialist, responsible for recruiting and implementing a trainee program. Jessica then worked at Johnson & Johnson as a Human Resources Business Partner, focusing on internal recruitment and employer branding. Jessica then joined Unilever as an HR Lead for Mexico and the Caribbean, overseeing talent acquisition, core HR functions, and contact center operations. After that, they worked at Jugos Del Valle-Santa Clara as an HRBP Manager, leading people plans, recruitment, talent management, and change management efforts. In their most recent role at Grow Mobility, Jessica served as a People Manager, responsible for workforce planning, talent management, and contributing to local and regional people projects. Jessica García holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, which they obtained from Universidad La Salle, A.C. between 2012 and 2014.
