Becca Clemenson

Becca Clemenson is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience managing HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Nexus Family Healing since May 2023, Becca oversees HR operations for 11 locations in North Dakota, supporting 150 employees. Prior positions include Vice President of Administrative Resources at Northern Oaks Senior Living, where Becca led HR and operational functions across facilities in Minnesota and North Dakota, and Human Resources Generalist roles at multiple organizations, including Northern Oaks Senior Living, Fleet Farm, and DMS Health Technologies.
