Oksana Samdanova

Oksana Samdanova has a variety of work experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. Oksana is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Nexway since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the EMEA Project Operations Lead at KellyOCG from April 2019 to December 2019. In 2018, they held the position of HR Officer at the ITER Organization from April to November. From 2010 to 2014, Oksana served as the National Service Manager at Kelly Services. Before that, they worked at Aurec as a Recruitment Account Manager from December 2008 to July 2010. In their early career, they held various roles at Kelly Services, including Senior Recruitment Consultant from May 2008 to December 2008, and Branch Manager/Senior Consultant from September 2001 to May 2008.

Oksana Samdanova completed their Master 2 degree in Strategic and International Human Resources at Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they received a Master's degree in Teacher of English and German from Buryat State University, which they attended from 1994 to 1999. Oksana also obtained several additional certifications, including "An Introduction to Operations Management" from The Wharton School in June 2013, "People Analytics by Wharton Business School" from Coursera Course Certificates in December 2015, "An Introduction to Marketing By Wharton Business School" from Coursera Course Certificates in December 2014, "Unethical Decision Making in Organizations" by University of Lausanne from Coursera Course Certificates in December 2014, and another certification for "An Introduction to Operations Management" by Wharton Business School from Coursera Course Certificates in June 2013.
