Cran Fraser

Cran Fraser is a seasoned insurance executive with extensive experience in the marine and energy sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Energy and Marine Practice Leader at NFP since July 2019, Cran previously held the position of Executive Vice President and Practice Leader for Marine at Alliant Insurance Services from January 2015 to July 2019. Prior roles include Executive Vice President at Hays Companies overseeing operations and sales for marine and energy nationally, and Managing Director for Marine Group at Arthur J. Gallagher and Co., where Cran established a successful niche strategy that expanded from one office to 15. Earlier in career, Cran was involved in significant roles at Aon and Marsh & McLennan Companies, with notable achievements including writing insurance laws for Ukraine and Russia and managing regional sales for the U.S. Gulf Coast. Cran holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Marketing from Louisiana State University.
