Neil McNiven

Neil McNiven has extensive experience in customer service and technical support, currently serving as a Support Engineer at NFU Mutual since January 2016. Previous roles include Team Manager at EE and BSkyB, and various positions at Teleperformance and Huntswood, including customer service roles and temporary positions. Neil's career began in customer services management at DX Communications and includes experience as an SVQ Coordinator at RESPONSE. Neil holds a BSc in Computing from the University of the West of Scotland, obtained in 2007, and completed secondary education at John Neilson High School from 1973 to 1977.
