Jéssica Lopes is currently serving as a Customer Experience professional at NG.CASH since December 2023. Jéssica's education includes a degree from Estácio (2020-2023), a brief tenure at Colégio Batista Shepard in 2016, and participation in courses on Marketing Fundamentals and International Relations at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, as well as a certification in Professional, Emotional, and Technological Competencies from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
