Wallace Neal

Wallace Neal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, insurance, project management, and contracting. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager for Services Development at National Industries for the Blind since June 2016, Wallace oversees contract management support and coordinates cross-functional initiatives.
