Danielle Hennephof

Danielle Hennephof has extensive work experience in various roles within the banking industry. Danielle is currently the Head of IT for Finance, Risk, Treasury & Data at NIBC Bank since 2020. Prior to this, they worked at ING Nederland for many years, where they held multiple positions. Danielle served as a Tribe Lead, responsible for providing standardized processes and tooling globally for various processes. Danielle also held the role of Head of Finance Information Management, where they implemented an agile way of working and acted as a link between Finance and IT. Additionally, they were the Head of Corporate Shared Applications, managing a department and providing functional and technical support for multiple applications. Before joining ING Nederland, Danielle worked as a Project Manager IT at ING/Postbank, where they successfully automated internal processes.

Danielle Hennephof holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Amsterdam, which they obtained from 1991 to 1994. Prior to that, they completed their Higher Laboratory Education at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht from 1986 to 1990. Danielle also pursued executive development in Achieving Managerial Excellence at CEDEP in Fontainebleau in 2009. In 2019 to 2020, Danielle studied Digital Business Strategy at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Currently, they are attending IMD for a program titled "Orchestrating Winning Performance." Additionally, Danielle has obtained certification in Professional Agile Leadership™ I (PAL I) from Scrum.org in 2022.
