Sanja van der Heijden-Petkovic

Sanja van der Heijden-Petkovic has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. Sanja started their career as a Part-time IT strategy employee at Multitask ICT in 2010. In the same year, they also worked as a wholedepartment ING Business Banking employee at ING.

In 2011, Sanja worked at Lectorate Risk Management as a thesis researcher.

Sanja then joined Accenture in 2013 as a Graduate Intern. At Accenture, they held various positions including Jr. Consultant Financial Services from February 2014 to May 2017, and Strategy & Management consultant from June 2017 to July 2018.

Sanja's most recent position was as Vice President (Retail) IT at NIBC Bank, starting in August 2018. In this role, they were responsible for strategic IT innovations and the implementation of new products and services in the banking industry.

Sanja van der Heijden-Petkovic's education history begins with a Bachelor of Economics in Financial Services Management from Hogeschool Rotterdam, obtained from 2008 to 2011. Sanja then pursued a Master of Strategic Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam, graduating in 2013. In 2010 to 2011, they also studied International Business at Universidad Nebrija. Recently, in 2020, they attended a Masterclass in Innovation Management & Product Innovation at Nyenrode Business University. Furthermore, they have obtained various certifications including Management van mensen leadership course from de Baak, PRINCE 2 Foundation from ICM, and several WFT certifications related to financial services from NIBE-SVV opleider voor de financiële dienstverlening. Sanja has also earned certifications as a SAFe Agilist and a SAFe® 4 Certified Advanced Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc.
