Christian Wilhelm Mohr

Christian Wilhelm Mohr has a diverse work experience in the field of research and environmental studies. Christian Wilhelm is currently working as a Researcher at the NIBIO Norwegian Institute of Bioeconomy Research since February 2019. In this role, they serve as the coordinator for accounting and reporting of the Norwegian national inventory of greenhouse gases for the LULUCF-sector under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and the Kyoto Protocol.

Prior to this, Christian worked as an Advisor at CICERO - Center for International Climate Research from December 2017 to February 2019. Christian Wilhelm also served as a Research Assistant at the Department of Chemistry, University of Oslo from April 2017 to December 2017.

Christian's previous experience includes working as a Ph.D. candidate at the Department of Chemistry, University of Oslo from October 2010 to February 2015. Their research focused on biogeochemical and photochemical processes related to the mobilization and degradation of phosphorus fractions and natural organic matter in the environment, as well as passive sampling techniques.

Additionally, Christian has worked as a Researcher at Technology Centre Mongstad from July 2011 to January 2012 on a contract through the University of Oslo. Christian Wilhelm has also served as a Laboratory Assistant at NIVA from 2009 to 2010.

Christian's earlier experience includes working as an Assistant at Oslo kommune, Vann- og avløpsetaten in June and July 2008. Christian Wilhelm also served as a Kings Guard at Forsvaret - Norwegian Armed Forces from July 2003 to June 2004.

Christian Wilhelm Mohr's education history begins in 2000 at Oslo Handelgymnasium, where they attended from 2000 to 2003. It is unknown what degree they pursued during this time. From 2004 to 2008, they studied at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Oslo (UiO) from 2008 to 2010, where they earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Environmental and Analytical Chemistry. Lastly, they continued their education at the University of Oslo (UiO) from 2010 to 2017, completing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Environmental and Analytical Chemistry.
