Dias D. has a strong background in recruitment and has worked for various companies in the field. They started their career at Phaidon International as a Recruitment Consultant from 2017 to 2019. They then joined Talent Outlook as a Tech Recruitment Consultant from 2019 to 2021. Dias then worked as a Tech Sourcing Recruiter at Amazon Prime from November 2021 to July 2022. After that, Dias joined Meta as a Tech Recruiter focused on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion from June 2022 to February 2023.
