From there, they joined Stott and May, where they built technology teams for various industries in the UK and Europe, with a specific focus on cyber security and information security recruitment. In 2014, Edward moved to Maxfield Search & Selection as a cyber security headhunter, placing senior level cyber professionals for a wide range of clients, including FTSE 100 organizations and major consulting companies. In 2017, they joined Nicoll Curtin as the Director and Head of Cyber Recruitment, and later became the Global Head of Cyber Recruitment for the Nicoll Curtin Group of Companies.
