Tamara Djuranovic

Tamara Djuranovic has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Tamara started their career as a Sales Assistant at Inditex in 2015, where they worked until 2020. In 2022, they interned at the Serbian Railway Infrastructure as a Human Resources Intern for a brief period. Later that year, they joined IMG - BootCamp as a Practitioner Intern for a short-term role. In 2020, they joined SEPHORA as a Beauty Advisor and worked until 2022. In 2023, Tamara worked at Mozzart as a Human Resources Intern, gaining exposure to various sectors like Recruitment and Selection, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Organizational Development, Managing Work Processes, Performance Management, Employee Development, Training, Onboarding, and HR Business Partners. Most recently, in 2023, they joined Nicoll Curtin as a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Tamara Djuranovic is currently enrolled at the Taus Balkan association for Transactional analysis, where they are pursuing a degree in Transactional Analysis. Tamara has completed the Transactional Analysis 101 Course from EATA. Prior to this, Tamara attended the Faculty of Media and Communications, where they studied Psychology. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained a certification in Tech Recruitment from DevSkiller in June 2023.
