With a BS in Computer Science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Carl has held positions such as Director of Engineering, Enterprise Architect, and Principal Software Developer, showcasing their leadership and technical expertise in the industry. Currently, Carl leads the public cloud policy and governance team at NielsenIQ.
