Samuel Akonwi is a skilled culinary professional with extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as a Sous Chef at Nightjar Coffee Roasters since September 2018. Previous roles include Chef De Partie at Maison Downtown Dubai from July 2016 to September 2018, Demi Chef at Bertin Bistro from March 2014 to March 2016, and Commi Chef positions at both Jay's Grill and Etta Palace Hotel. Samuel Akonwi began the culinary journey as an intern at Etta Palace Hotel, following the completion of a Diploma in Hotel Management specializing in Culinary Arts at Cameroon O.I.C from 2009 to 2011. Education also includes advanced and ordinary levels in Humanities from Government Bilingual High School Buea, Cameroon.
