David Livingstone

David Livingstone has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. David started as an HR Executive at Paulus Software Technologies in 2007. In 2008, they worked as an HR professional at Wireless - TT Info Servies Ltd. David then joined Perot Systems as an intern in 2009. From 2010 to 2014, David worked as a Deputy Manager at HT Media Ltd, where they managed HR operations across Uttar Pradesh & Uttarkhand. Since 2014, David has been associated with NIIT Limited. David has held various roles, including Head of Human Resources Operations and HR Business Partner & Program Management. In these roles, they were responsible for key HR functions such as performance management, organizational development, talent retention, and employee satisfaction.

David Livingstone completed their MBA in HR from Amity University from 2008 to 2010. David attended Aditya Public School for their schooling from 1999 to 2002, and Ongole Public School for their primary schooling from 1989 to 1998. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as "Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers" and "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" from LinkedIn, as well as a "DiSC Trainer Certification" from Strengthscape in 2016.
