Dona Abuaf

Dona Abuaf is a highly experienced Senior Design Director in Retail Story Design at Nike, overseeing the design team responsible for creating immersive brand experiences across retail environments in EMEA. With a career at Nike spanning over two decades, Dona has held various leadership roles, including Design Director and Art Director, where responsibilities included crafting storytelling through design, managing large teams, and executing innovative retail concepts for flagship stores in major cities such as Rome, Milan, and Paris. Prior to Nike, Dona worked as a freelance graphic designer and gained technical skills as an Editorial Designer. Dona holds a Bachelor's degree in Motion Design and Graphics from ArtCenter College of Design and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Anthropology from Reed College.
