Kendra S. Powell

Kendra S. Powell, Ph.D., currently serves as the Sr. Director HRBP for Jordan Brand at Nike, following a tenure as Director of Global HR. Prior experience includes strategic roles at Nestlé, where Kendra was a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and led the People Strategy for Global Procurement. Kendra’s background in human resources also encompasses positions at Nestlé Purina North America and Citi, focusing on diversity and inclusion initiatives, compliance, organizational development, and employee engagement. Kendra holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy Analysis from Saint Louis University, alongside a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Leadership & Change Management.
