Kitty Wong is a strategic HR partner with over a decade of regional experience specializing in HR transformation, diversity, innovation, and employee well-being. They began their career as an Assistant Consultant at Fragomen, then progressed to roles at AIReS and EY, where they managed international assignments and led process improvement projects. Subsequently, Kitty held positions at Nike, first as a Senior Benefits Operations Analyst and later as a Senior Mobility Specialist, before taking on their current role as a Senior Labour Compliance Consultant.
