Dina Shokry has a strong background in the travel and tourism industry with a focus on customer experience. Dina began their career as a Counter Agent at Golden Tours Egypt in 2001 and worked there until 2007. Dina then joined Thomas Cook Group as a Senior Travel Counselor and stayed with the company until 2012. At Travel Choice Egypt, Dina held the positions of Branch Supervisor from 2012 to 2017 and Retail Manager from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they worked as an Operation Manager at BCD Travel before joining Nile Air as the Head of Customer Experience, where they are currently employed.

Dina Shokry obtained a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Alexandria University, graduating in 2001. Dina has also completed several additional certifications. In 2023, they obtained certifications in "Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project" and "Foundations of Project Management" from Google, as well as "Brand Management: Aligning Business, Brand and Behavior" from the University of London. In 2022, they completed the "Professional Postgraduate Certificate in Sales and Marketing" from AUC School of Business Executive Education. In 2020, they obtained the certification of "Internal Aviation Auditor" from AACO Training Center-RTC. Additionally, in 2019, they completed certifications in "Leading Change" and "Cost Reduction Through Leadership" from AACO Training Center-RTC.
