What are we looking for?

Nilus is seeking to hire a Product Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence of our product, delivering exceptional value to our clients through comprehensive and accurate data, and providing crucial insights for improvement. As a member of our founding team, you will establish the foundation for our core financial data processes and significantly influence product execution and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in data coverage, organization, and analysis to support ongoing operations and product efforts.
• Prepare, execute, and monitor data processing flows and ensure that all client SLAs are met
• Proactively identify, manage and resolve reconciliation discrepancies, process exceptions, solve and communicate resolutions.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare ongoing and ad hoc financial client-facing reports.

Requirements :

• Entry level position

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills a must

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel - an advantage.

• SQL proficiency or a willingness to learn SQL

• Outstanding team player and collaborator.

• Self-learner who thrives in the fast-paced and dynamic environments of early-stage startups.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.

• A “can do” approach.

• STEM major preferred

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles a plus
