Samantha Webb

Samantha Webb has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Samantha is currently working as an Associate Director of Recruitment and Talent at Nimbus Therapeutics. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manager of Recruitment and Talent at the same company. In 2020, Samantha worked as an Associate Director of Talent at Cyclerion, where they focused on inclusive talent acquisition and conducted talent analysis. Before that, they were an Executive Talent Partner at HubSpot, where they executed full-cycle Director-level roles and collaborated with business leaders on hiring decisions. Samantha also had experience in strategy and planning at Ropes & Gray LLP, pursued an MBA at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and worked as an MBA intern in digital globalization at Marriott International. Samantha started their career at Egon Zehnder, where they held roles as a Team Lead, Senior Analyst, and Research Analyst in the financial services industry. Samantha also gained research and evaluation experience as an intern at Public Health Solutions and participated in the Accelerator program at Vanderbilt University.

Samantha Webb began their education at Groton School from 2001 to 2006. Following that, they attended Vanderbilt University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Health, and Society and European Studies. In 2010, Samantha briefly studied French at Middlebury College. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth from 2015 to 2017.
