Chef Pankaj Mathur

Chef Pankaj Mathur is an experienced culinary professional with a background in academia and hotel management. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at NIMS University since December 2018, Pankaj has previously held the position of General Manager at Hotel Shivambaa from March 2018 to December 2018 and worked as an Executive Chef at Mox Vox from September 2016 to March 2018. Pankaj's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Hotel Management in Food Production from Mahashri Arvind Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technologies, completed between 2004 and 2008.
