Rebecca Schechter

Rebecca Schechter serves as an Executive Council member at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and as an Advisory Board Member for the Health System Initiative at MIT Sloan School of Management. Additionally, Rebecca holds the position of Venture Partner at Nina Capital, a global healthtech venture fund, and has been a Director at iA Financial Group since May 2022. Previous roles include Senior Vice President and General Manager at Microsoft’s Nuance, CEO of Optum Behavioral Health, and various senior leadership positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance and State Street Bank. Rebecca's educational background includes an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, an Executive Education Program certificate from The Wharton School, and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.
