Amy Whited-Hylton

Amy Whited-Hylton has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Amy began their career in 2002 as a Staffing Supervisor at Adecco Staffing, USA. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Customer Service Coordinator at PenTech Computer Services, where they scheduled service technicians and provided computer support services.

In 2008, Amy transitioned to Saint Louis Public Schools, where they served as a Substitute Teacher and Volleyball Coach. From 2009 to 2014, they owned and managed Rockstar Skates & Sport, overseeing e-commerce operations, marketing, and brand development.

In 2014, Amy joined Direct Medical Incorporated as a Customer Support Specialist, where they processed orders and verified insurance coverage for a national DME provider.

From 2016 to 2023, Amy worked at Webster University, initially as a Representative in the Online Learning Center, where they supported students, collaborated with teams, and participated in various projects. Amy later served as an Interim WebNet+ Coordinator, overseeing daily operations and coordinating course sections. Finally, they held the position of LMS Technical Support Specialist, resolving technical issues related to the Learning Management System and providing training and support to faculty.

Most recently, Amy joined Ninety.io in 2023 as a Live Support Specialist, where they are committed to providing support and measuring progress within the organization.

Amy Whited-Hylton holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University, which they obtained in 2019. Prior to this, they also completed a Master of Arts (MA) program in Media Communications from Webster University in 2004. Furthermore, Amy Whited-Hylton earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a major in Media Communications and a minor in Women's Studies from Webster University in 2000.
