Lucy Ridlington

Lucy Ridlington has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles related to user experience research and qualitative research. Lucy is currently working at Ningi as a User Experience Research Manager since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at BGL Group as a Senior UX Researcher from October 2020 to May 2022, and as a UX Researcher from December 2018 to October 2020.

Lucy has also worked as a Freelance UX Analyst at UserZoom from October 2017 to December 2018, and as a Freelance Researcher (Qualitative/ UX Research) while being self-employed from July 2017 to December 2018.

Before pursuing freelance work, Lucy worked as a Schools Marketing & Events Officer at Solihull College & University Centre from August 2015 to September 2016.

Adding to their research experience, Lucy also worked as a Freelance Qualitative Researcher from October 2014 to July 2015.

Earlier in their career, Lucy held roles at BMG Research, where they worked as a Senior Qualitative Researcher from October 2013 to September 2014 and as a Qualitative Researcher from May 2012 to October 2013.

Their career began at The Matrix Knowledge Group, where they worked as a Researcher from June 2011 to May 2012 and as a Research Assistant from June 2010 to June 2011.

Lucy Ridlington attended the University of Leicester from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Criminology.
