As a Summer Intern in our Marketing Department, you will be working with leaders on our Marketing Team. All interns will be a part of a 10-week program that runs May 28th - August 2nd of 2024. This program is designed to identify future leaders of NinjaTrader. The development program will offer valuable industry and functional insight. You will have the opportunity to have a mentor and learn from senior leadership at the Company. Example projects could include learning and work with marketing automation tools to set up and manage marketing workflows, analyzing marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, and monitoring social media channels for engagement and respond to comments and messages.

In this position, you will:

  • Managing and/or participating on cross function teams
  • Collaborating with the content team to develop engaging and informative content for our audience
  • Assisting with the brands long term vision and planning process
  • Helping maintain email marketing templates and subscriber lists
  • Evaluating brand performance & develop plans for improvement
  • Assessing all aspects of competitor’s brand to design & recommend strategies to compete more effectively
  • Working closely with other departments, such as Sales and Client Services, to coordinate marketing efforts and align messaging

Key Job Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or other related fields of study with relevant coursework or experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Superior leadership abilities
  • Strong business acumen, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated to achieve desired goals and objectives
  • Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex business problems
  • Must also be able to work effectively in a team environment, and ability to handle multiple tasks with ease
  • Must be detail and results oriented with a proven track record of success
