Chris Tietz is an experienced culinary professional with a focus on locally sourced food and community-inspired cuisine. As the Chef Owner of Renegade Food Service LLC since March 2016, Chris operates a food truck that highlights the vibrant neighborhoods of Detroit. In addition, Chris has been serving as an Executive Sous Chef at Nino Salvaggio International Marketplace since November 2014 and has held positions as a Sous Chef at Townhouse from October 2010 to November 2013 and as a Chef at Ronin from August 2007 to February 2009. Chris holds an educational background from Oakland Community College, with studies spanning from 2003 to 2008.
