Timo Wiedenbrück

Head of Customer Service at Ninox

Timo Wiedenbrück has worked in a variety of roles since 2003. Timo began their career as an Account Manager at MP Media Germany in 2003, before becoming a Freelance Writer at tip Berlin in 2008. In 2006, they founded Rank Records, and then went on to become a Customer Service Team Lead at Erento GmbH in 2009. In 2013, they moved to Campanda GmbH, where they served as Head of Customer Service. In 2019, they joined Dept Agency as a Team Manager, and in 2020 they became Head of Customer Service at Ninox Software GmbH.

Timo Wiedenbrück attended Freie Universität Berlin from 2000 to 2002, studying Economics. Timo obtained a certification in Service Hub Software from HubSpot Academy in March 2022.
