Rossi Khoung

Rossi Khoung has a strong background in sales and customer success. They are currently working at Nira as the Head of Sales since November 2021. Before that, Rossi held the position of Head of Sales at Crazy Egg from July 2019 to November 2021. They also worked at metadata.io as the Head of Customer Success for a brief period from May 2019 to July 2019. Prior to that, Rossi worked at Datanyze Inc., where they held multiple roles including Head of Sales and Customer Success from June 2018 to December 2018, Director of Customer Success from January 2017 to May 2018, and Senior Account Executive from March 2015 to December 2016. Rossi's work experience also includes roles at Kissmetrics as the Director of Sales from January 2013 to February 2015, and as a Senior Account Executive from April 2012 to December 2012. They have also worked at Adchemy as a Senior Manager of Business Development from May 2011 to April 2012, TrustArc as an Account Executive from December 2008 to May 2011, MyNewPlace as an Account Executive from July 2008 to December 2008, and QuinStreet in a Business Development role from January 2007 to July 2008.

Rossi Khoung obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management Information Systems from San Jose State University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, in June 2023, Rossi earned the Selling for Impact Certification from Winning by Design.
