Bojana Petrovic Raicevic

Bojana Petrovic Raicevic is a Senior Specialist for Energy and Environmental Law at NIS a.d. Novi Sad since August 2022, and previously held the position of Specialist in Administrative and Legal Affairs and Compliance with International Regulations. Prior experience includes a role as a Legal Trainee at Gazprom Neft Expert Solutions, focusing on corporate monitoring and compliance as well as analyzing legal issues in Environmental and Natural Resources Law. Additional trainee positions were completed at Wolf Theiss and Komisija za zaštitu konkurencije, where work involved retail facility regulations in Serbia and competitive law frameworks. Bojana holds an LL.M. in Legal Regulation of Natural Resources Use from Saint Petersburg State University, an LL.M. in International Law and Legal Studies from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the same institution.
