Dóra Tompos

Dóra Tompos has been working in HR for many years and has held various roles in different companies. Dóra is currently working as the HR Director at NISZ Zrt. Prior to this, they were the Head of HR at Oximio, where they played a strategic and hands-on role in driving the company's people agenda and supporting its growth plans. Before that, Dóra worked as the HR Director and HR Business Partner at BHE Bonn Hungary, where they worked closely with senior leadership on shaping the business strategy and supporting the company's transformation process. Dóra also has experience as a business coach while being self-employed and as a Country HR Director and Labs HR Manager at SAP, where they managed HR programs and played a key role in talent acquisition and the establishment of a software development center. Earlier in their career, Dóra worked as a Senior HR Generalist at SYNERGON Integrator Ltd., providing HR advice and support in various areas.

Dóra Tompos pursued their higher education at Károli Gáspár University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a degree in Law. Prior to that, they attended Corvinus University of Budapest from 2001 to 2003, focusing on Human Resources Management at the Budapest Management Institution. Apart from their formal education, Dóra Tompos also obtained additional certifications in various areas. In 2014, they became a Business Coach through the program offered by Business Coach Kft. Following that, in 2019, they obtained a certification as an HR Analytics Leader from AIHR Academy. Lastly, they acquired the certification of an Action Learning Team Coach from HR Partner Consulting Kft. in September 2022.
