Jay Shankar

Jay Shankar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and sales management within the technology and finance sectors. Currently serving as Regional Director - Client Services at Nityo Infotech since February 2022, Jay has previously held significant roles such as Key Account Manager at Tech Mahindra, handling profitability and delivery for leading BFSI customers, and Country Director & Regional Sales Head at 3i Infotech Ltd., where Jay managed the P&L for operations in Thailand. Jay's career also includes positions as Regional Sales Manager at ICICI Infotech Ltd. overseeing ERP in the Asia Pacific, and at FACT Software Group, responsible for sales across multiple Southeast Asian countries. Jay's foundational experience began with an All India Channel Sales Manager role at Vedika Software Private Limited and a Group Leader position at Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited. Jay holds a B.Com + DMM in Accounts from the University of Calcutta.
