Alexia C. has a wealth of experience in the field of Human Resources, having worked in the industry since 2015. Alexia began their career at Catena Media as an HR Manager, followed by a role as an HR Business Partner at Raketech in 2017. In 2020, they were a Human Resources Consultant at Alter Domus, and in 2021 they held the position of HR Manager at Royce Tech. Alexia also worked as Head of People & Culture at both ANCHOVY. and NIU :: Web Design & Development in 2021. Her most recent role is Group Head of People & Culture at 9H Capital, which they began in 2023.

Alexia C. attended the University of Malta from 2014 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Works & Human Resources. From 2012 to 2013, they attended MIM and received a Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management. Additionally, they obtained a Diploma in HRDP from ILM.
