Sneha Sawant

Sneha Sawant has a diverse work experience in various roles within the human resources field. Sneha recently worked as the Head of Total Rewards, Performance Management, and People Analytics at NIVEA India. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Rewards Consultant and Industry Lead at Mercer India. Sneha also held the position of Lead - Compensation and Benefits at Aditya Birla Finance Limited. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Manager - Compensation and Benefits at Kotak Mahindra Bank. Sneha started their career as a Management Trainee at Tata Consultancy Services and later served as an Executive-HR at Tata Consulting Engineers Limited.
