Shailesh Chowk has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Shailesh began their career as a Software Developer at Value Healthcare Ltd in 1999, where they were involved in chemical transactions tracking and office automation. Shailesh then worked as a Survey Programmer at Ugam Solutions, specializing in research and analytics services.

In 2004, Shailesh joined WNS Global Services as a Market Research Analyst, focusing on business process outsourcing and serving clients across various industries. Afterward, they joined Jet Airways as a Marketing Analyst, working with the loyalty team and managing customer profiles, flight details, and partner activities.
