Sathis V A has over 13 years of experience in various document control and IT roles. Sathis started their career as an IT Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services in 2010 and worked there until 2017. Sathis then joined Cameron, a Schlumberger company, where they served as a Quality Engineer and Project Document Controller for four years. In 2021, they moved to Høglund Marine Solutions AS as a Lead Document Controller before becoming a Team Lead - Document Controller at NKT in 2023.

Sathis V A obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Government College of Engineering, Tirunelveli, affiliated with Anna University, Chennai, from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Margoschis Higher Secondary School in Nazareth, India, specializing in Mathematics, Science, and Biology from 1999 to 2006. Additionally, they have acquired certifications such as Excel Essential Training and Essential Lessons for First-Time Managers from LinkedIn, as well as certifications in ISO 9001:2008 QMS Lead Auditor and Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt from DNV and Tata Consultancy Services, respectively.
