Joost Kruytzer

Joost Kruytzer is the current Chief Operating Officer at NLC. Prior to this, they were the Director of Strategy and Development at PharmAccess Foundation from January 2016 to October 2016. Joost was also a Partner at KPMG from October 2011 to September 2015. From February 2005 to September 2011, they were the Managing Partner and CFO at Plexus.

Plexus was a healthcare advisory firm that Joost helped grow into a market leader before it was acquired by KPMG in 2011. At KPMG, Joost continued to provide strategy and implementation advisory services to the healthcare sector. Joost was instrumental in developing the markets for mental health care and decentralised / municipality based care.

Joost has a proven track record in growing and leading organisations, as well as in negotiating complex deals. Joost's experience in the healthcare sector will be invaluable in their new role at NLC.

Joost Kruytzer had a MSc in Theoretical Physics from Leiden University.

Their manager is Bert Arjan Millenaar, Founder & CEO. Joost Kruytzer works with Francois Scalais - Venture Partner, Will Richardson - Lead Business Data & Analytics, and Pieter Wijffels - NLC Venture Partner. Theo Kort - Finance Manager, Raymond Ypma - IT Systems Manager report to Joost Kruytzer.
