Jesselynn Mineo

Jesselynn Mineo has a strong background in operations and management. Jesselynn is currently working as the Vice President of Operations at nLIGHT since July 2023. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Operations Excellence at Ivy Technology from March 2022 to August 2023. From March 2019 to March 2022, they worked as the Operations Integration Manager at Celestica. Before that, they held various roles at iQor, including Director of Operations Excellence and Global Account Director from September 2015 to February 2019. Jesselynn also worked at Jabil, where they served as the Business Unit Leader/Interim Director of Operations and Operational Excellence Manager from September 2011 to September 2014, and as a Program Manager from 2006 to 2009. Jesselynn began their career at Masisa as an Inventory Analyst/Purchasing Agent from 2003 to 2005.

Jesselynn Mineo attended the College of Charleston from 1998 to 2002, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business.
