Stuart has over 30 years of experience within the construction industry. Extensive experience in a wide range of sectors including, education, health, residential, retail, commercial property, leisure, estate services, and facilities management. He worked successfully in both public and private sectors with a proven track record of project delivery from inception to completion and beyond of major projects up to £750M.

Stuart is highly capable of leading teams in difficult circumstances with particular expertise in contract, procurement, and program strategies. He held many senior roles including Regional Partner leading the offices of several major professional construction consultancies. He is a past member of numerous Construction sector bodies and advisory groups including providing consultancy and training on behalf of the Welsh Government.
